The City and Messer Construction asked me to document the construction of the city's first LEED Platinum building, the first to have deep community involvement into design and public art. In one year, it may also be the first Net Zero police station in the country! That means, it'll be off the grid. The energy saving design includes more than 1000 solar panels and geothermal heating and cooling.
It's beautiful and the community involvement on this project is a model for the future.
